Episode 23 - Jose Campos Torres

This is the most relevant case we have ever covered. Yes it took place in the 1970’s but in our current political climate it’s hard to deny the similarities. 

Jose Campos Torres was arrested for being drunk and disorderly. Instead of bringing him to jail, the officers beat him and then murdered him.  The city of Houston TX had a long history of misconduct but this case would be the one to bring about change.
